Madden 1st day of First Grade!!!

Madden started First Grade this year!  Oh boy!   I just can't believe that!  He picked out a new Transformers bookbag and lunch box!  He got 1 of the 2 teachers that he REALLY wanted in First Grade, Miss Wilkins.  She was previously his "girlfriend" but he was able to put that behind him so he could be in her class. : >  His first 4 days were so fun and he has already made new friends!

IHOP

We have been seeing that Red Velvet Pancakes commercial for IHOP for 2 weeks now and I HAD to go before school started back!  They were great!!!!!  Here are my pancakes.....

3rd Tooth Lost

Madden lost his 3rd tooth!  This one isn't not closely followed by a permanent tooth so I think we will have a hole for a while!  :>

He got $3 from the Tooth Fairy and immediately went out to the Dollar Store and bought some weaponry! :>

Adams Family Weekend

All the family got together for a WONDERFUL weekend of fun!  We got to meet the new additions, play and get to know the younger children more and spend time with the oldies but goodies.  It was such a great time.  It brought back so many memories and was like stepping back in time.  

I feel like I speak for all of us when I say that not everyone has a family like we do.  One where we can be apart but as soon as we are together again its like not time or space was ever there.  We are so blessed to have grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles and cousins that we love, trust and cherish the way we do.  And we will always have that bond, that love, thanks to Dolly and Granddaddy, who have established it for us.
