Picture at Mom's House

Mom wanted a picture while Nick and Sophie were here for Madden's birthday weekend. So we climbed into Madden's treehouse and swings for a picture! Isn't that just precious?

Madden's 5th Birthday

I went to school to eat lunch with Madden on Friday, Nov 19th. He made Team Umizoomi cookies for his friends in his class.

On Saturday we exchanged presents at home. He got a new bike! And we played ALL day and had birthday dinner at Chic-fil-A.

On Sunday he had his birthday party at Anchor Lanes bowling. We had 12 friends come and he had so much fun!

Yo Gabba Gabba Live

Geeky took Madden and I to see Yo Gabba Gabba Live at the Township. We got DJ Lance Rock glasses, Madden picked out a Plex keychain and a lightup necklace! It was so much fun! They sang all the great songs, danced and balloons fell from the ceiling! And Biz Markee was there too!

Punkin Festival - Boone, October 22 - 24, 2010

We went to visit Nick & Sophie in Boone October 22-24. We went to the Punkin Festival in Valle Crucis, hiking and rock climbing and spending time with Nick & Sophie. It was so much fun! The weather was great and the visit was great. Madden looks up to his Uncle Nick and adores his Aunt Sophie. We had a great time! And can't wait to go back and try skiing!

Boo at the Zoo 2010

We went to Boo at the Zoo (Riverbanks) on October 16th. Madden is Popeye the Sailor Man this year. He was the only Popeye at the zoo so he was a hit! He had so much fun flexing his muscles for everyone and people were asking him where his spinach was. We had a blast!

Bike Riding

Our new house is in a circle, or cul de sac, so we have a great space for Madden to ride his bike. He has gotten really good at it. And he loves to ride up to the stop sign and back down the circle!

Dentist Time!

Madden stayed for his first whole visit at Dr. Causey's office. He has been nervous and not been able to stay for a whole visit until now. Luckily my favorite technician, Julie, practiced with him and when it was his turn he was ready. He even helped by holding the suction tube! It was a successful trip to the dentist! Dr. Causey is very kind and was real patient with him! Yea Madden!
