Decorating his tree

Madden went to play at a neighbors house and came home saying, "Mommy, we need to put our Christmas tree right now.  We are behind!"  So he put up his tree in his bedroom.  He had a good time decorating his tree, as always. :>

1st nine weeks awards

Madden won an award at school for the 1st nine weeks and his 1st grade team has a little program to celebrate.  He won the Good Friend Award.  He was so excited!

After the program, I had to go to class and he was sad that I wouldn't take him home.  :<

Halloween

Madden dressed up liked...

Optimus Prime...Leader of the Autobots

He and his crew tore the neighborhood up getting candy, laughing, running and having a great time!

SC State Fair

We went to the fair on the last Saturday morning it was here.  We were there when the doors opened, so the lines weren't long.  The weather was nice that day too.  Madden had a good time.  I kept comparing it to Disney.  Oops! :>  But of course the food, smells and sounds are something you just can't beat!

Fall Festival at Seven Oaks

Madden came to my fall festival at my school and had a ball!  Look at how much he enjoyed himself!

happy fall!

Tooth #6

While we were in Disney World, Madden was eating his daily Mickey Premium ice cream bar when......

 his tooth fell out!

I didn't know this but when you lose a tooth at Disney, the tooth fairy there is very kind!  $10!!!!  Whoa man!

Disney World

We went to Disney World Oct 10-14.  The trip was great!  The park was celebrating Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween.  We trick-or-treated in the park, the Disney villains were out, and lots of people were dressed up in costumes (which was very entertaining in itself).  The weather was great and the lines were short.  We had a fantastic trip! :>
