Halloween 2009

Madden was Thomas the Train (of course!) for Halloween! We went trick-or-treating around our neighborhood. He had a blast! He got lots of candy and enjoyed looking at the other children's costumes. :> Madden and D spent a lot of trick-or-treating time throwing glow sticks in the air. He thought that was the coolest thing!
This house had a popcorn machine and scary music! WHOOOOO!

Look at that smile! :>

Madden and I went to Riverbanks Zoo on Saturday, October 16 to Trick-or-Treat. Madden was dressed as Thomas the Train, of course! We trick-or-treated at the different stations and had so much fun!

Day Out With Thomas 2009

We went to Spencer, NC on October 4 to ride on Thomas the Train. We rode on the 10:45 am train ride. We saw many cool things like Sir Topham Hatt and old trains, cars and airplanes. We even saw Tidmouth Sheds where Thomas and his friends sleep at night.
Geeky, GaGa, Mommy and Madden had a great time!

Chapin Firefighters Appreciation Day

We thought we were going to the Labor Day Festival (but it's on Labor Day...go figure!). But luckily there was a firefighters appreciation going on so we stopped there. Madden had a great time at the tiny festival. :>

New Camera

Well I got a new camera for my birthday... (thanks Mom and Dad!!) so I thought I would try it and post some new pics. :> Sorry it has been so long. I will also be posting some summer fun pics so please be on the lookout. I have just been slack. :>
Madden is doing well...growing big and becoming more and more of a little man. He is enrolled again this year at Riverland Hills Day School. He enjoys school and has many friends.

Baltimore, MD - April 5 - 9, 2009

We went to visit Adrienne in Baltimore.  There are so many wonderful things to see and do in Baltimore that you need 4 weeks instead of 4 days!  We stayed in the Inner Harbor Area, we went to Port Discovery, Hampden (Adrienne's neighborhood), Harborplace, a day trip to Washington DC and we rode many modes of transportation: airplane, metro (subway), MARC train,  and taxi.  And we did a lot of walking!!
