Dying Easter Eggs

When we were dying eggs this year, Madden decided to try 2 and 3 different colors on some eggs. They turned out amazing!

We dyed some brown eggs this year too!

Spring Break 2012

Madden and I were on spring break this week. We went to myrtle beach for 2 days, played on the beach and in the pools and relaxed.

Elmer's glue on canvas

I should I have done this sequence in reverse order...so look at them from bottom to top. We did some art. We got 2 great ideas from Pinterest. We each covered a canvas with masking tape, then painted the canvas. The second canvas we decorated with Elmer's glue first, then we painted the canvas.

Baby Chicks

Here are the baby chicks we hatched last week at school! I just couldn't resist posting them because they are so darn cute!

HEC and SOES School Events

The first two pictures of Madden writing and his heart that he wrote "I love you" on it are from an event at my school in February!

The next three pictures are from his Kindergarten class this year. His teachers, Mrs. Harmon and Mrs. Carter, and Madden with his friends!

Opening Weekend for Irmo Little League

Madden is playing baseball this year with the Irmo Little League on team Braves. Go Braves! This was opening weekend. It was an all-out event with a parade, bouncy houses, pictures, games, vendors, concessions and good baseball fun! Madden is having a great time playing baseball!
